Sourcing
We deal with mills and fabric vendors throughout the U.S., South America, Europe and Asia. Whether it be Japanese Selvedge denim, brushed twill, Italian canvas, patterned fabrics, silks or a simple 40 single PFD cotton for a T shirt line we have the resources that fit our client’s needs. We also have access to organic cotton, bamboo rayon blends and premium yarn such as Tencel
Production Management
From our client’s designs, sew-by samples, Tech Packs, concepts or patterns, The DSP Group will provide pre-production samples until the client is 100% happy that their vision has been interpreted correctly. From there we will assign one of our contractors/factories that we feel best fits our client’s needs then manage the entire production process with our experienced DSP team of seasoned professionals. Products include; denim, pants, dresses, button up shirts, blouses, jackets, blazers, outerwear and swimwear.
Dyeing and other Processes
Our dye house and laundry partners here in Los Angeles count the largest premium denim, surf wear and contemporary brands among their clients and so there isn’t a treatment, finish, dye or wash that we cannot provide our clients through our trusted partners. Whether it’s a reactive dye with a super soft hand on a ladies top or custom treatments and washes on a premium denim line we can provide the exact look and feel our client needs.
Printing/finishing
Our teams of professionals utilize the very latest techniques and processes to print and embellish for the largest fashion brands in the world. So whether it’s a basic discharge screen print, sublimation, all over print, flocking, foil or intricate embroidery work, The DSP Group can provide the processes the client needs using the very best services available anywhere in the U.S. and because of our extensive experience we can avoid those costly mistakes that so often plague the smaller clients.
