T-Shirt Program
Made In USA
The DSP Group offers a fully custom 'Made In USA' program for any domestically manufactured, quality knitwear product.
We custom produce t-shirts and other jersey or fleece knitwear products for our clients right here in Los Angeles using top quality 30 or 40 single cotton and other premium fabrics such as Supima cotton, organic cotton, bamboo rayon blends, Pima cotton and Tencel. Our minimums are as low as 500 pieces for goods manufactured locally and turn times can be as low as 3-4 weeks. If the fabric is not in stock here in the US then we utilize one of our domestic Mill partners to knit the fabric, therefore ensuring the highest quality from start to finished product.
We can dye in batches as low as 288 pieces per custom color, using low-impact dyes when required and the latest techniques and treatments such as mineral washes for a vintage look, or enzyme and silicon washes for extra softness. We can match to any Pantone our clients choose or any other matching system.
We can either produce a garment to a client's specifications or use one of our popular existing fashion-forward bodies.
Printing/Finishing
We can provide a full-service package so the client can avoid the logistical hurdles of using multiple vendors on a single garment. We offer high quality screen printing and embroidery and can finish and package the garments so they are ready for retail.

The DSP Group also has its own program of tagless import PFD blank T shirts, for both men and women/juniors. These fashion-forward 30/1’s garments are kept in-stock right here in LA so we can guarantee you a quick turn-around.
